UK Mainland: Orders over £50.00 (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping.
Smaller Orders: Orders under £50.00 (excluding VAT) have a shipping charge of £3.95 + VAT.
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: Shipping costs £29.95 + VAT.
Republic of Ireland: Shipping costs £35.00 + VAT.
For licensed dental products requiring special handling or temperature-controlled transport, additional charges may apply due to regulatory requirements.

A returns form with instructions is included with all deliveries.
To initiate a return, please call 01233 502605 for a returns number and complete the form.
Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched for next working day delivery via DPD or Movianto (for licensed dental products).
Smaller orders under £100 are usually dispatched through Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service, typically arriving the next working day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on the next Monday morning.
Licensed dental product orders are shipped separately, requiring temperature-controlled transport via an MHRA-licensed carrier.
For out-of-stock items, you’ll receive your order within 5-10 working days.
Backordered items won’t incur additional shipping charges and will be sent once restocked.
Delivery for certain areas, such as Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and ROI, may take 24-48 hours longer.

IN STOCK: The item is available in our warehouse and will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day.
AVAILABLE TO ORDER: The item is out of stock but on order with the manufacturer. You can still backorder it, and it should be delivered within 5-10 working days. No additional shipping charges apply.
OUT OF STOCK: The item is not available in our warehouse, and we currently don’t have a confirmed delivery date from the manufacturer. Orders for out-of-stock items are not being accepted at the moment.
